Most of the people I meet in this world are solution oriented. If you ask them any question, even if it is not related to their field, still they will have an answer for it. But, the quality that separates a genius from most of the people is that most of the time a genius is not interested in answering questions, rather a genius is interested in asking good questions.
There is a famous quote saying ‘A genius is not the one who has great answers, but a genius is one who asks great questions’.
Now if we talk about Tony Stark, then if you observe him closely then you’ll definitely find this quality in him too, and if you want to be a genius in your field then you should also practice the skill of asking great questions just like Tony Stark.

2) Focus on your Strength
Tony Stark never tries to be good at something he is bad at, rather he tries to be exceptional in the thing he is already good at, and you also need to do the same if you want to be a genius in your field too.
If you observe the life journey of any other Marvel character, then you’ll definitely find that they all have been diverted from their actual path atleast once throughout their life, but on the other hand, Tony Stark is not like that. Since his days in the cave till his death in Avengers Endgame, Tony was always an inventor, he just upgraded himself with time.
Even if we take a look at the real life geniuses like Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Thomas Edison or Steve Jobs, then you’ll find this skill in them too. Unlike most of us, these real life geniuses also focused on their strong points in their early days and this thing made them a genius today.
So if you want to be a genius in your field too, then you must spend your time doing the stuff in which you are good at, and not do the things that you are not so good at.
